About

Joel is a seasoned investigator, having an extensive background in both private and public sector investigations.

Born and raised in California, Joel served honorably in the US Army as a mechanized infantry soldier. The military afforded Joel a wide experience of cultures and perspectives, with service throughout the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

Upon discharge from the military, Joel joined the Veterans Affairs Police where he has served in various capacities for nearly 20 years – including patrol, supervision, training, evidence custodian, physical security, and investigations. In addition to being the owner/operator of H7 Investigative Services, Joel continues to serve full time in law enforcement as a detective for the Veterans Affairs Police in West Los Angeles.

Joel founded H7 Investigative Services in 2018, and continues to serve clients in Santa Clarita, the Antelope Valley, and throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Joel is a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators and is an active member of the community in Castaic, California, and in the city of Santa Clarita.
